Omba is a place

to gather.

After attending multiple retreats, signing up for a variety of classes for personal and professional growth, and traveling all over the world seeking restoration, I recognized that many yearn and benefit from a cognitive and physical place to gather and learn from each other. I created Omba to share this specific kind of third space for those that desire it, but have struggled to find or make room for the experience.

Journaling Workshops

  • In-Person Omba workshops take place in Wisconsin and are available during the summer months

  • 3 day workshop retreats take place in Healdsburg, California, and are available 2 times a year

Come as you are; take what you need.

This circle is open to receive you in whatever way you’d like to participate.

If you simply want to spend a couple of hours with others by sharing stories (while making paper collages, journaling, and painting), you are welcome to do so.

If you’re interested in hearing about techniques for finding focus, meaning, and balance into your full life, we will be discussing the many tools and mental frameworks I’ve gathered from the mentors and colleagues I’ve worked with over the years. Think of these brief topic-discussions as book recommendations that you can choose to look into further on your own. These teachings can help you alleviate the daily distractions that prevent you from pursuing the creative ideas and the professional developments that are burgeoning inside of you…

In other words: Come as you are; take what you need.
